Returns and Refunds

At Moodie Magnets Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you're not happy with your order, please reach out to us via our Contact page so we can make things right.

1. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@moodiemagnetsco.ca with photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

2. Shipping Returns:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@moodiemagnetsco.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
